Ingredients:

Thick Curd made of skimmed milk - 1 cup

Cucumber chopped fine - 1 cup

Onion chopped fine - 3

Green Chillies - 2

Salt - as required

Red Chilly Powder - 1 pinch

Cumin Powder - 1 tsp

Method:

Mix the first set of ingredients well.

Place the raita in the bowl, and sprinkle the chilly powder on the top along with cumin powder.

Serve with Pulav.

Shyamaprasad's 'English' will hit theatres on the 24th of May. The film is completely shot in London.Malayalam Movie 'English' starring Nivin pauly,jayasurya,Mukesh,Nadia Moidu in the lead roles.Murali Menon, Remya Nambisan, and Sona Nair are also were in the cast.

The movie is scripted by an American Malayalee Ajayan Venugopal. The movie narrates the story of four Malayalis who have varied impressions about the city of London.

Rex Vijayan tunes music for the lyrics of Shibu Chakravorthy and Engandiyoor Chandrasekharan. Binudev produces this film under the banner of Navarang Screens and it will hit on the theatres on the 24th of May.



Ingredients:

Karimeen - 1 kg

Red Chilly Powder - 2 tsp

Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Ginger, Garlic and Green Chilly crushed - 2 tbsp

Shallots - 1/2 cup

Big Onion sliced - 1

Tomato - 1

Salt - as required

Method:

Clean Karimeen and marinate the fish with chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep some of this masala seperately.Fry the fish in oil. Do not fry more. Grind together the seventh set of ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds. Add green chilly, ginger and garlic and saute for a while.Add rest of the masala used for marinating the fish and fry for some more time. Add the fried fish to this. Masala should cover the fish.Heat oil in another pan in a flat vessel and cover the fish and masala together in plantain leaves, each one seperately. Place each piece in the pan.
Cover the pan with a lid. Turn the sides of the fish packet in between until done.
You can even bake the fish instead of frying.

Boiled egg - 2

Big Onion Sliced lengthwise - 3

chopped fine ginger - 1 tsp

Garlic - 1 tsp

Chilly Powder - 2 tbsp

Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp

Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp

Green Chilly - 3

Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp

Curry Leaves - 1 stem

Oil - as required

Water - as required

Salt - as to taste

Method:

Heat oil in a dried pan and add ginger, garlic, green chilly, and big onion Sliced lengthwise to it. Saute for a while.Add turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilly powder, pepper powder and saute for some more time.

Add water and salt. Mix well.Add the boiled eggs and boil until the gravy thickens.
