INGREDIENTS: 1.Mutton - 1 kg 2. Onion chopped - 1 kg 3. Small Cardamom, Big black cardamom Cinnamon(Karugapatta) Cloves(Grambu) Jathipathri (Nutmeg) - 50 g (everything together) 4. Oil - 250ml 5. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 100g 6. Kasmiri Red Chilly Powder - 2 tbsp 7. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp 8. Garam Masala - 2 tbsp 9. Salt - As reqd 10. Water - 1 1/2 liter METHOD : Heat oil in a pan and the third set of ingredients.Fry the onions after the whole masala, until golden brown.Add the mutton pieces to this and stir for 10-15 minutes. Add the 5th to 10th ingredients and mix well.Cook the curry until mutton is cooked well.
