Mathi mango Curry

INGREDIENTS : Mathi (Sardine) Fish - 8 Ginger - 1 inch piece, thinly sliced Garlic - 5-6 flakes cut into small pieces Small Onions - 3-4 nos thinly sliced Green Chillies - 2 nos Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Coriander Powder - 2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Raw Mango - 1/2 mango Curry Leaves - 2 springs Salt - as required Oil - 2 tsp METHOD : Clean the fish and cut them into medium size pieces.Heat Oil in a pan. Add curry leaves, small onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly and saute for some time.Add Chilli powder, Coriander powder and turmeric powder. Fry them for a minute.Add the sliced mango pieces along with water and salt.When the mixture starts boiling, add fish pieces and cook it covered until the gravy thickens and the curry is done. Serve with boiled rice
