Pineapple Laddoo Recipe

INGREDIENTS : Pineapple(finely chopped) - 1 Dessicated coconut - 3/4 cup Sugar - 5 tbsp(adjust to taste) Ghee - 1 tsp METHOD : In a pan add the chopped pineapple and cook the pineapple until most of the water has evaporated .Pulse it in a mixer (just once).In the same pan add the pineapple paste, coconut and sugar .Mix well for 5 minutes.Add ghee to this ,saute well.Switch off the stove.When they are slight warm make shape into laddus.Roll them in dessicated coconut .Enjoy!!!
